BAAs are available on Professional and Enterprise. You can upgrade from Billing in the app, or contact us about Enterprise.

Review and sign
We send our BAA for signature. Once it is signed by both sides it covers your workspace.

Is Shoot HIPAA compliant?
There is no official HIPAA certification for software. Shoot protects data with the safeguards on our security page and signs a BAA with eligible customers; your own policies and how you configure Shoot are part of compliance too.
Which plans include a BAA?
Professional and Enterprise. A BAA is not available on Basic or Team.
Should we capture patient information in screenshots?
Only if you need to. Admins can lower screenshot frequency or turn screenshots and webcam audits off for members who work with patient records.
