Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Turn off auto-renewal before then and you are not charged at all. There is one trial per workspace.
How is billing calculated?
Plans are priced per user. You are billed for at least 5 users, or for every member of your workspace if you have more. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay for 12 months up front and save 15% on the monthly price. You choose monthly or annual at checkout.
How do renewals work?
Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, using the card on file. We email you a few days before each renewal. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time in Settings → Payments.
Can I cancel? Do you give refunds?
You can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid, except where the law requires it (see our Terms of Service).
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
