Frequently asked questions
What does the credit cover?
Your first 90 days on the Shoot plan you choose, for every member of your workspace. It takes the place of the usual trial.
What happens after 90 days?
Your plan renews at its normal price (from $4.00 per user per month, billed for at least 5 users) using the card you added. We email you before the first charge. Turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Payments before the credit ends and you are not charged.
Do I need to prove I used Hubstaff?
No. Tell us you are switching and add a valid card; that is all.
Who can use it?
New Shoot workspaces that have never had a paid plan. It can be used once per workspace, and the offer is open until December 31, 2027.
Can I bring my Hubstaff timesheets?
Import Users brings over your members. Past timesheets stay in Hubstaff, so export any you need to keep before you cancel it.
Can I get help moving?
Yes. Email support@trustshoot.com and we will help you set up your workspace and import your team.
